CYO Basketball New Coach Registration

New Coach Background Checks Sign-Ups! 

Last season, over 9000 boys and girls in 3rd through 8th grades and over 900 teams participated in CYO Basketball.

All Coaches or any Volunteers interacting with CYO players must complete a background check. As a New CYO Coach, select your Location and Time below by simply selecting the Click Here link associated with your preferred location. (Please bring the completed LiveScan form to your appointment and a valid driver's license--preferred-- or other form of government issued identification. You can download the LiveScan form from the sign-up Genius).  

Secondly: If you are a New Basketball Coach, please complete the following New Basketball Coach GoogleForm after completing your sign-up genius so that I can contact you regarding the online workshop (https://forms.gle/V1jzvMPXaUmbdXZz9).

Returning CYO Coaches who have already completed fingerprinting through CYO are not required to do so again. If you are unsure, you can check your Virtus account.

• Thursday, September 11th (5:30 to 8:00 PM): St. Raymond Catholic Church (Moran Hall), 11555 Shannon Avenue, Dublin, California 94568 (Click Here To Register for Finger Printing at St. Raymond).
• Wednesday, September 17th (5:30 to 8:00 PM): Church of The Assumption Of The Blessed Virgin Mary, 1100 Fulton Ave | San Leandro, CA 94577 (Click Here To Register for Finger Printing at Church of the Assumption).
• BACKUP DATE: Saturday, October 4th (8:00 AM to 11:00 AM): Christ the King --St. Stephen Parish, 195A Brandon Rd., Pleasant Hill CA 94523. 
• Still working on getting a date at St. Anne's.  I want to work with Mike and the ADs Directly for a best date.  I am planning for September 15th unless we are prepared to complete it sooner.  
• I will arrange the sign-up geniuses this week.  All dates for fingerprinting have been confirmed with Live-Scan and parishes.
• Coaches may attend any of the Live-Scan assigned dates to complete fingerprinting responsibility.
