Mass commemorating 80th anniversary of atomic bombing of Nagasaki, Japan

Saturday, August 9, 2025, 10:00 AMOakland's Sacred Heart Parish and Pax Christi Northern California will commemorate the anniversary of the dropping of the atomic bomb on the city and people of Nagasaki, Japan in 1945. Nagasaki is also the center of the Catholic Community in Japan. All are invited to join us. (Sacred Heart is on the corner of 40th Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way; parking is available by entering the parking lot on 41st Street).
